Description
- We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Procurement Intern who will work closely in providing support to the Procurement Officer in evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.
What You'll Do
- Inventory management
- Assist with projects and programs or services
- Record keeping and maintenance
- Prepare purchase order
- Assist the department in the procurement process
- Shadow multiple department members to gain understanding of individual roles in the department
- Assist with projects and programs or services
- Participate in developing department goals and objectives
Requriements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 1+ years working experience
- Negotiation skills
- Experience using Google platforms
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
