Role
- We're growing quickly and have proven some key levers for growth. Now we need to take advantage of this momentum, add to the growth team, and ensure we continue to land the most exciting projects and clients.
- You would work directly with the Head of Growth and the wider commercial team to ensure that we continue to thrive.
- As a small and rapidly growing team, the role would be hands-on. Core responsibilities would include campaign administration/setup, research, reporting and content publishing.
- A typical day could include setting up a new email campaign, creating a management report on the performance of one of our marketing campaigns and doing research into a potential client's business.
- You will join Steer73 at an inflection point in our development. Not only will you learn first-hand how a successful agency generates business but, as a core part of the growth team, your career could follow a similar trajectory to the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Collating data and creating reports on our marketing performance
- Researching potential clients
- Setting up and running email marketing
- Posting content and engaging with followers on social media
- Publishing content to our website
- Setting up and managing marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Managing sales email inboxes
- CRM management
- General growth and marketing administration.
Requirements
- Comfortable working with data and a proficiency using Microsoft Excel
- Experience with marketing platforms and an ability to learn new ones quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong commercial awareness and interest in how businesses operate
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent research skills
- Experience using social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter
- Experience publishing content with Wordpress (desirable but not mandatory)
- 2+ years' experience in a growth, marketing or commercial role.
