Eat 'N' Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry.

Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Quality Control Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Type: Full time

Job Description

• Monitor operations to ensure their alignment with production standards
• Develops testing schedule for raw materials based on the production requirements, finished products for marketing needs and stability samples to provide annual reports
• Reporting noncompliance
• Developing and implementing standards
• Implementation of FSMS, QMS
• Ensure FEFO and FIFO is followed
• Documenting and reporting of process
• Adequate knowledge on food hazard

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Food Science and Technology or Microbiology
• 2+ years experience in the related field (food manufacturing)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skill
• Experience in a QSR business is an added advantage.
