Job Title: In-Store Supervisor (Cosmetics Retail / Spa Category)

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Description

• We seek smart and intelligent individuals who reside within the Yaba, Ojuelegba, or Surulere axis for the In-store Security personnel position.
• This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with sales and in-store management experience within the beauty, cosmetics, Spa and retail industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the cosmetics retail and spa store
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional development among staff members.
• ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards, resolving customer complaints and inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Manage and train a team of retail and spa staff, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the store and shop floor sales reps to ensure adequate stock of cosmetics and spa products.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the store and promote sales.
• Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
• Ability to lead in-store sales reps and drive sales for the business
• And any other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Certification
• 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a really fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Remuneration

• N50,000- N75,000 Monthly (Depends on Experience).
