Job Title: Project Enforcer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Prepare and submit daily escalation reports.
• Ensure all targets and objectives assigned in line with agreed work process are achieved.
• Identify and escalate consumers who are illegally connected to electricity supply on the distribution.
• Identify customers who have bypassed meters and engaged in energy theft.
• Upgrade existing customers from a previous tariff plan to a recommended tariff plan based on energy consumption level and/or use of premises and/or service wire configuration.
• Identify individuals or entities not registered on the company’s network but connected to the network with no evidence of payment or vending history and escalating such report to the backend.
• Update customer details on the Network and provide accurate and timely feedback.
• Submit accurate information/feedback to the company.
• Visit assigned work area daily to carry out all tasks.
• Carry out all other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc / OND
• Ability & interest to carry out fieldwork whilst interfacing with customers with high effectiveness under little or no supervision.
• Ownership of a smart mobile phone
• Candidates should be residing at Ikeja, Oshodi, Ikorodu, Abule-Egba, Akowonjo, Shomolu or its environs.

Salary

• N70,000 monthly net + Commission.
