Job Title: Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Human Resource Manager would report to the Managing Director while the Human Resource Officer would report to the Human Resource Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Staff recruitment- Developing job descriptions, person specifications, Developing and implementing HR policies
- Managing staff benefit and compensation Managing the staff health scheme
- Organizing and coordinating internal and external employee trainings
- Create and maintain staff records
- Liaise with the staff and unions of issues of common interest
- Conflict management
- Relates with government agencies on statutory issues relating to employees
Qualifications
- B. Sc (Social Sciences/Management)
- Minimum of Diploma in Human Resource or Personnel Management
- Higher degree in Management is an advantage
- Membership of the CIMP
Skill Requirements:
- Good communication skill
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationship with people at various levels and different nationalities
- Ability to use HR packages like NAVISION
- Good at conflict management
- Relates with government agencies on statutory issues relating to employees
