We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Application Support Services (GIS), Level 2

Location: Lagos

Requirements

• Education: BSc. in Geography or Surveying, MSc in Geo-Informatics or GIS
• Experience: 2 - 5 years working Knowledge of relational data model, SQL, Python (Arpey)
• Knowledge of spatial analysis types and their application domains e.g., topological analysis, proximity, interpolation techniques, etc
• Understanding of vector data operations is critical to managing boundary specific data infrastructures especially production asset datasets such as pipelines, wells, platforms, etc.
• Knowledge of Arpey is essential to automation of tasks, but more importantly considering the mainstreaming of data analytics, a good appreciation of python modules for analytics, e.g., pandas, NumPy, etc. will be added advantage for spatial analytics.
