We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Personnel

Location: Maryland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Handle the recruitment, training and on boarding processes
• Maintains accurate and up to dates human resources files, records and documentation (hard and soft copies)
• Ability to conduct file audits
• Assist in the provision of general office support to management and HR department
• Assist in the coordination of HR projects (meetings, training, survey etc.)
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, lateness etc.)
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Ability to prepare reports.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in any Social Science or its equivalent
• 2 - 4 years experience as a HR Officer
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill, conflict management skills
• Excellent written and verbal skill, excellent organizational skill.
• Good knowledge of human resources process and practices.

Salary
N70,000 / month.
