Qualifications & Skills Required
- B.Sc in Business Administration, Retail Management or related fields with 5 years of proven experience as a Supermarket Manager or similar managerial role in the retail industry.
- Thorough understanding of supermarket operations and retail management practices, strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering top-notch service and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Competency Requirements:
- Ability to manage store operations, stock inventory, and ensure efficient stock management.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of employees, overseeing their tasks and performance.
