Job Title: Customer Service and Transaction Specialist

Job Summary
- As a Customer Transaction Relations and Transition Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of gift card verification, user balance reconciliation, and customer relations.
- You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of user accounts, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional customer support. Your duties will involve:
Responsibilities
- Verify the authenticity and validity of digital assets submitted by users.
- Process digital assets transactions within defined time frames, prioritizing prompt
- Accurately reconcile user balances after various transactions
- Investigate, escalate, and resolve any discrepancies or errors in user balances.
- Compile and report reconciliations
- Manage the OTC desk and facilitate OTC transactions.
- Receive and escalate user issues across all communication chanels to relevant units/teams for quick resolution.

Remuneration
