Job Brief
- We are seeking to employ Real Estate Marketer who will be responsible for marketing and purchasing products for clients.
- A part of the job is determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Job Responsibilities
- Providing guidance and assisting clients in marketing and purchasing products.
- Determining clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Display and market products to possible buyers.
- Prospect and generate leads and close sales
- Run boosted ads on social media platforms to boost and promote products
- Work in a team with deliberate intents for greater revenue generations.
- Meet weekly/monthly given targets.
Qualification and Requirements
- First Degree in relevant discipline, Master Degree will be an added advantage.
- 2-3 years relevant work experience in a functional Real Estate Company.
- Ability to prospect and constantly close sales.
- Ability to sell luxury brands and sale out of station products
