We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Team Lead

Location: Festac / Maryland - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Supervise the general cleanliness of the site.
• Send periodic report and press reports.
• Work with Business Manager to prepare time sheet.
• Ensure Timeliness of staffs and ensure that all staffs are neatly dressed.
• Prepares Rota and send to Business Manager for review.
• Work closely with stock controller to monitor stock and ensure that items do not completely run Out before new items are supplied. Check expiry dates of products.
• Co-ordinates meetings and pep talk for their team every day and delegate supervisors to co-Ordinate it sometimes.
• Cash out and send their close out report.
• Follow up with projectionist on keys, VCP etc. to know what new movies are releasing and the time Of release
• Provide information to team on commercial deals on a regular deals.
• Daily review of all disciplinary matters and discuss with Business Managers to resolve them.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 0 - 1 year work experience.
