Job Title: Business Development Manager

Duties and Responsibilities
- As a Marketing/ Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies that would promote brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability.
- Ultimately, this role is responsible for leveraging appropriate channels of engagement to drive customer/vendors acquisition, volume/value growth and retention across segments and portfolios.
Main Job Responsibilities
- Plan and direct marketing campaigns
- Develop, execute, and evaluate the practical brand engagement and advert plans for the organisation and the value proposition packages.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Develop and execute practical brand engagement and marketing plans for the organisation.
- Lead campaigns for vendors and customer acquisition and signups for the various product categories.
- Ensure a very strong presence for the brand’s value proposition across social media platforms and leverage the same to acquire new customers/vendors.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Measure and assess goals vis-à-vis ROI and provide internal reports regularly.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports of your activities to your immediate supervisor based on agreed KPIs
- Design and implement an email campaign for all the solutions being promoted by the organisation - Brand activation, Advertising, Premium Items & Research & customer experience propositions.
- Contribute to monthly/annual plan and assess how new brand concepts and strategies perform (ROI, KPIs)
- Client relationship management to ensure loyalty and increase contributions from each client.
- Any other duties assigned to you by your supervisor.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. Degree with 5 - 6 years relevant work experience.
Remuneration
- Salary: N3,600,000 Annually based on performance and experience.
- The job also has a generous performance bonus.
