Job Description
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the loan industry.
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's loan portfolio.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies and campaigns.
- Negotiating loan terms and agreements with clients.
- Analyzing and assessing the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
- Managing and monitoring the loan application process and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of loan products and making recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
