Requirements
- Minimum of a First Degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the property development/ construction industry.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking and analytical skills- ability to convey project updates / information, and analyze data & situations to make informed decisions.
- Verifiable track record as a Construction Project Manager handling multi-story buildings from inception to handover.
- Proven experience developing actionable project plansand budgets,reviewing & approving structural designs andinstituting measures to effectively monitor progress on projects.
- Experience coordinating all project stakeholders to ensure efficient resource utilization of resources and adherence to quality control standards during duration.
