Job Title: Sales / Customer Care Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Upselling and cross-selling the company’s products to new and existing customers.
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
• Meeting sales targets Sending daily and Monthly reports from sales.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the management.
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to work with minimal or no supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Remuneration
N90,000 - N100,000 Net.
