Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team in Abuja. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources.
• Your role will involve assisting the HR department with tasks such as recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and supporting HR initiatives.
• This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in a dynamic workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees by coordinating orientation and preparing necessary documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
• Help with the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs.
• Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0 - 2 years relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
