We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store Overseer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Inventory Management:

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Replenish stock as needed and handle purchase orders with suppliers.
• Identify slow-moving or obsolete items and propose appropriate actions.

Store Operations:

• Oversee the daily activities of store personnel.
• Schedule and assign tasks to store staff, ensuring adequate coverage during operating hours.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Store Maintenance:

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to customers.
• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of store facilities and equipment.
• Report any safety or security concerns to management.

Staff Training and Development:

• Provide training to new store employees on store procedures, customer service, and product knowledge.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to store staff.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with management to implement relevant training programs.

Sales and Customer Service:

• Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to maximize sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Reporting:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics to management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 - 10 years relevant work experience.
