Job Title: Real Estate Sales Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Delta, Enugu & Imo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 4 competent Unit Managers.
• Recruit, train, retain and manage at least 20 sales executives.
• Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and sales plans required to build brand visibility to ensure the Agency achieves its set target.
• Ensure monthly targets for the team is met and exceeded.
• Make sales.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience in Real Estate or Insurance sector.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in either of the above mentioned sectors.
