Job Description

• Oversees the work of real estate agents, managers, analysts or other staff members.
• Responsible for planning, assigning, prioritizing, and evaluating the work of their team
• Providing services for multiple buildings or locations
• Training and supervising staff members and groundskeepers
• Handling the property’s financial operations, including collecting rent or sending delinquent notices and preparing and maintaining financial statements
• Managing the purchase, sale, rental, or development of properties
• Communicate with clients, vendors, contractors, public officials or others.
• He/she ensures that the team meets their sales goals, project budgets and schedules, legal documents and technical competencies
• Monitoring real estate income and expenditure, as well as collecting payments
• Determining rental income and negotiating lease agreements
• Authorizing maintenance, repair, equipment, and supply expenditure.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 / month.
