Eat 'N' Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa. So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino's Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery & Pinkberry.

Eat ‘N’ Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N' Go has about 100 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: National Production Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Job Description

• Coordinates Production, Warehouse, inventory, distribution and all operations within.
• Oversee production hubs in Lagos, PH, Abuja, Kano & Ibadan.
• Ensure standard is followed in all production hubs. 
• Follows up with every receiving from the warehouse and with delivery to each store.
• Ensure the facility programs are strictly adhered to.
• Responsible for coordinating FSMS, QMS within the production hubs. 
• Responsible for overseeing and coaching all production coordinators accross the production hubs. 

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Food Science and Tech, Business Management or equivalent, meet his/her job Description.
• Experience with the food industry
• Knowledgeable in food safety
• Strong knowledge of HACCP
• Good leadership and analytical skills
• Strong logistics and distribution knowledge 
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which may include Good communication skills and material management.
