Our client, a Real Estate firm, is looking to recruit an IGBO FEMALE marketer to fill the position below:

Job Description
  • The major duties of a marketer are to Rent, Buy, or sell property on behalf of the Real Estate and also perform other duties, such as study property listings, accompany clients to the site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts.
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
  • Prepare documents such as purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases and also act as an intermediary in negotiations between the Real Estate and the clients.
  • Ready to promote the Real Estate properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Compare the Real Estate property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive market price.
  • Ready to coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective clients.
  • Always generate lists of the Real Estate properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.
  • Knowledge of the environment to display commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties to clients and explain their features.
  • Review plans of the Real Estate new site with clients, enumerating and recommending available options and features of the building.
Qualification And Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or any Social Science related course and have at least 3-5 years' experience.
Key Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Should be able to speak Igbo fluently.
  • Environmental Knowledge
  • Can create and deliver convincing arguments to an executive client
  • Ability to communicate (orally and written) in English
  • Motivational and multi-task skills
  • Solid understanding of the Real Estate concepts & dynamics for large and single clients.
  • Must be creativity
  • Prospecting marketing and negotiation Skills
  • Self-Confidence.
Working Hours
8AM-5PM

Remuneration
N50,000 with commission
