Job Summary
- As a Sales Associate, you will be a key member of our sales team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and driving revenue growth.
- Your primary focus will be on understanding customer needs, promoting our products/services, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
- This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for delivering outstanding sales results.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to customers
- Drive Credit report usage in line with revenue targets
- Identify and propose new products and new feature requests raised by customers.
- Identify and nurture new market opportunities.
- Identify and recommend user training opportunities.
- Drive promotional/marketing campaigns.
- Obtain competitive and market intelligence information on new trends, techniques, and practices.
- Administer periodic customer surveys.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Head, of Sales & Business Development.Requirements:
Sales Skills:
- Proven track record in sales with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous.
Customer-Centric Approach:
- A strong focus on understanding and addressing customer needs and providing exceptional service.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
