These are the qualifications we are looking for:
- University graduate.
- Must have been a call center supervisor for more than 3-4 years
- Being a call center manager already would be an added advantage
- Strong use of Microsoft Excel
- Must be very good with Power Point Presentation
- Must have excellent knowledge of call center deliverable
- Must have presentation skills, interpersonal skills, reporting, analytical and problem solving skills.
Salary
Between N100,000 to N200,000 monthly.
