We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule to ensure all equipment, systems, and facilities are well-maintained and in optimal working condition.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Coordinate and supervise repairs, renovations, and installations as necessary.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related needs.
• Obtain competitive quotes for services and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Optimize space utilization by planning and arranging the layout of the facilities to accommodate business needs and growth.
• Coordinate office relocations and reconfigurations as necessary.
• Develop and manage the facility budget, including expenses related to maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
• Keep track of expenses, review invoices, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff, custodians, and other facility personnel.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience (5+ years) in facility management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership and team management experience.

Salary
N250,000 / month.
