We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Physics Teacher
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties
- Develop, implement, and oversee curriculum
- Assist with classroom management
- Evaluate lesson plans and their effectiveness
- Develop grading rubrics.
Responsibilities
- Design and instruct a 16-week physics class, including pre-calculus, calculus, physics, and chemistry
- Provide diagnostic, remediation, and enrichment instruction for struggling students
- Prepare weekly lesson plans and monitor student progress using student-tested, standards-aligned assessments
- Write and grade tests and quizzes-Attend parent-teacher conferences
- Conduct classroom observations and meet with parents
- Advise students on academic choices and extracurricular opportunities
- Develop action plans for students who are falling behind.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree qualification with 4 - 31 years work experience.
Salary
N60,000 - N100,000 / month.
