Job Description

• We are seeking to employ a skilled and dynamic Business Manager with a strong background in accounting, customer relations, IT knowledge, and data analytics to join their team.

Job Summary

• The Business Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, managing customer relationships, and driving business growth.
• This multifaceted position requires a candidate with a blend of accounting expertise, exceptional customer relationship management skills, a solid IT background, and the ability to leverage data analytics for informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, expansion, and diversification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance market presence and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• A Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar field.
• Professional accounting designation (e.g., ACA) is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and budgeting.
• Strong customer relationship management skills with a track record of building and maintaining partnerships.
• Proficiency in IT systems and applications relevant to business operations.
• Solid understanding of data analytics and its application to business decision-making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive innovation and business growth.
• Candidates are expected to be residing in Victoria Island or its environ.
