Willers Solution Limited - Our client, a reputable FMCG company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Duration: Mondays - Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Must be knowledgeable in the use of QUICKBOOKS.
• A minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent phone and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.

Salary
N90,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
