Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and adaptable marketer to join our team and drive the promotion of our diverse range of products, including financial/Fintech solutions, logistics services, and airline offerings.
- In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic marketing plans, aiming to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns for financial / Fintech products, logistics services, and airline offerings.
- Craft compelling messaging and content to effectively communicate product benefits and features to target audiences.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support conversion efforts.
- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competition to refine marketing strategies.
- Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and influencers.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative marketing ideas.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (experience can be a substitute for formal education).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interest in and adaptability to a dynamic and evolving market landscape.
- Prior experience in the financial/Fintech, logistics, or airline industries is a plus but not required.
