Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations
- Fax, scan and copy documents
- Maintain office filing and storage systems
- Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
- Assist with event planning and implementation
- Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
- Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the bank, purchasing stock, lunch etc.
- Keep office area clean and tidy
- May be required to double as a customer service representative.
