We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: School Storekeeper

Location: Lugbe, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all assets and inventory within the school storeroom.
• Receive, record, and store all supplies, equipment, materials, and goods delivered.
• Dispatch items as needed for classes, events, and maintenance ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Perform regular cycle counts and verify inventory matches records.
• Update paper/digital records on goods received, dispatched, and returned.
• Process purchase requisition forms and assist with procurement activities.
• Organize the store in a tidy, organized manner with clear labeling and aisles.
• Perform monthly internal audits and assist with external audits when required.
• Comply with health, safety, and security protocols for the storage facility.

Requirements

• Diploma / Certificate in Accounting, Logistics, or related field preferred
• Proven record-keeping / bookkeeping experience in a store / warehouse environment
• Strong data entry, inventory management, and administrative skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with all staff, vendors, and visitors
• Proficiency with MS Office and accounting software applications
• Physically able to lift/move goods as needed throughout storage space
• Work methodically with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
