Job Responsibilities
- Book hotel reservations.
- Arrange flight booking.
- Coordinate pick-up for VIPs.
- Fleet and driver's management
- Guest house reservation.
- Embassy relations.
- Maintain an efficient up-to-date stock of items.
- Initiate procurement requisition and process payment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Experience with inventory management and cost.
- Knowledge of budgeting and procuring goods and services.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suites, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Organized and the ability to multi-task.
