Qualifications

• Degree In Human Resource Management or its Equivalent with 3-5 Years Experience in similar Role.
• Relevant experience in people and performance Management.
• Strong People Management and culture Experience.
• Relevant Certifications.
• Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal Skill.
• Strong ethical principles and ability to manage confidential information.
• Professional approach to managing situations and solving problems.
• Ability to ensure best practices and procedures are followed.
• Understanding of HR Best Practices.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other relevant degree.
• NYSC Certificate or exemption letter.
• Proximity to Alaba Internation is an added advantage International.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / Month.
