Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Locations: Shagamu and Ota Oju Ore - Ogun

Scope

• The main duty of the person in this position is to manage a KFC outlet as a profit centre ensuring customer satisfaction and profit maximization whilst adhering to the guidelines and policies of the company.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in any discipline
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in Managing/Leading a Restaurant.
• Experienced candidate who has worked in QSR at similar position.

Skills Requirements:

• Proven ability to drive financial performance.
• Must be Computer literate.
• Ability to supervise the work of others.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Excellent team player and able to multi-task.
• Independent with strong leadership qualities.
