Job Title: Proprietary Trader
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Strategizing with brokers and other traders for optimal trading
- Identifying and managing risk in trade portfolios
- Maximize trading opportunities in the market
- Ability to make quick decisions based on policy reforms and changes in the market
- Ensure compliance with all internal, statutory and regulatory rules.
- To report to MD, CSS
- Excellent communication skills
- Coordinate other members of the PTD team
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Proprietary Trader
- Must possess Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers' certificate
- Must be trading personally (risk taker).
