Victory Empowerment Centre is a micro-finance Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) with a prime objective of improving the living of the poor women through innovative and flexible microfinance services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Area Manager

Locations: Akwa Ibom & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• The ideal candidates can preferably possess an HND / B.Sc in any related discipline.
• Can be between 30 - 45 years old at the time of application (There can be flexibility for a suitable candidate)
• Resident in the following states (Lagos, Akwa Ibom)
• Digitally savvy
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.

Experience:

• 5 - 7 years in microfinance banking operations.
• Experienced in managerial roles in the banking sector (Microfinance banks)
• Ability to manage nothing a minimum of 5 branches
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
• High drive and interest in taking on new tasks.
• Well-organized and result oriented.
• Candidate must be physically strong and medically fit.

Remuneration
N140,000 Monthly.
