Kiyix Recruitment Hub - Our client is a reputable manufacturing company that produces power banks, audio electronics, chargers & cable, smartphone phone batteries, Bluetooth earphones, memory cards and storage devices.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and robust administrative support and assistance to the Managing Director.
• Plan and organize MD’s time towards ensuring seamless workload, excellent management of schedules and task prioritization.
• Clients Relationship Management/Handling of MD’s transactions
• Information Management: Maintains a robust cataloguing and documentation system thereby ensuring confidentiality, adequate safeguard, and ease of retrieval.
• Organize and oversee the MD’s travel logistics such as visas, flight reservations/bookings and hotel reservations.
• Provide general assistance at meetings and presentations as occasions demand.
• Taking note/reminders and action plans that concern MD during meeting.
• Handling of other assignments as assigned by the MD.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification with at least 3 years work experience.

Key Skills and Abilities:

• Candidate must be very smart.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role.
• Integrity, strength of character and highly confidential.
• Passion for excellence and a constant desire to learn.
• Emotional Intelligence, highly organized and unflappable under pressure.
• Leadership, people management and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills:

• Ability to read and follow through emails promptly
• Great communication skills
• Confident and energetic
• Detailed and goal-oriented hard worker
• Review contracts and createinvoices.
• Candidates must be very fluent in ibo language and should be willing to travel with the MD, within and outside Nigeria.
• Proximity to the location is key.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / month.
