Job Description

• Join our hospital team as an IT Support Officer and be the go-to person for all technology-related needs. In this crucial role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our staff, ensuring smooth operation of our IT systems. From troubleshooting hardware and software issues to setting up new equipment, your expertise will help maintain a reliable and secure IT infrastructure.
• Your strong communication skills and patience will be invaluable as you assist users with their technology challenges, contributing to a seamless healthcare environment.

Additional details:

• Provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly to minimize downtime.
• Assist with the setup and support of hospital-specific software applications.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data security and system integrity.
• Train and educate staff on technology best practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Periodically monitor the security of IT systems in the company
• Provide remote/on-site support, co-ordinate with local contact to resolve issues
• Prepare and update system documentation and reports
• Prepare standard trouble shooting guide for recurring problems
• Maintain monthly dashboard and provide necessary information to the management
• Ensure 0% IT downtime across the country
• Proactively identify the possible breakdown/ issues
• Delivering support to existing business users; investigating and resolving application data errors, data.

Educational Qualifications and Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification
• 2 years and above good understanding of all Microsoft tools
• Smart IT enthusiast
• 1 year and above working experience.
