Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract (Fully Onsite)
Reports To; Digital Marketting / Social Media Manager
Works & Interacts With: Stakeholders; (Team Members, Marketing Team)

The Role

• We are seeking a Creative and Innovative Content Creator to join our growing company.
• As a Content Creator, You will be responsible for creating high-quality and engaging novel content for marketing purposes, and client/ customer engagement to build and grow brand presence organically.
• To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, showing apt attention to detail, and ultimately be able to create exceptional content to promote

Work Location:

• Corporate Office at Ikeja and Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, and any other project location, as may be required to complete work responsibilities.

Contract Type:

• Fixed-term Contract Employment for 12 months, with an opportunity to be retained as a permanent employee, or contract renewed given satisfactory performance and completion of key milestones and KPI Deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Writing, Creating, Reviewing, Editing, and Updating content, for the company websites, blogs, marketing materials, and any other platforms as may be required.
• Carry out research and interview to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions within the industry, and then contextualize findings.
• Support the creative and marketing team with concepts and designs for promotional materials.
• Collaborate with internal departments to develop campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and close problem gaps.
• Utilize data from monitoring the market insight, observing industry competitors/ peers, social media, and company social platforms to inform content strategy.
• Research and recommend innovative and novel approaches to promote the company, create content to build brand awareness, and organically grow brand following.

About You:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in preferably in English, Marketing, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field, from an accredited University.
• Proven track record of excellence and 3+ years of experience working experience with developing creative and engaging content.
• A Portfolio of applicable outputs.
• Experience within the media and entertainment industry is required.

Benefits

• Salary: N180,000 - N250,000 Gross Monthly (The final offer to be decided by the level of expertise, qualification, and capacity).
