Job Title: Procurement Assistant
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
- To conduct clerical/administrative tasks within the procurement department.
- To assist/support the team with any quotation/ tender activities.
- Assist in expediting of Purchase Orders with suppliers.
- Correspond with vendors regarding prices, product availability, and delivery.
- Work with team members and procurement team to complete duties.
- Maintain and update inventories of suppliers.
- Develop plans for purchasing equipment, products, services, and supplies.
- Ensure that the products and supplies are of high quality.
- Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
- Strategic sourcing for request for quotes (RFQs).
- Any other duties commensurate with the role that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0-2 years experience.
