Job Description

• We are looking to hire a trained chef, that will be responsible for crafting different delicious menu, working with our existing and developing new recipes for the food arm of our enterprise, and ensuring that each dish is nutritious and cost-effective and collaborating with the kitchen team.
• To be successful in this role you must be a trained and certified cook/chef, well-versed in the culinary arts and adhere to strict standards of hygiene and cleanliness and vice-versa.

Requirements

• Minimum of high school diploma
• Post-secondary training at a culinary institution
• Past experience as a working chef or relevant role
• Advanced knowledge of the culinary arts
• Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control
• Good work ethic in a high-pressure environment
• Creative with good knowledge of Nigerian and continental dishes.
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
• Excellent time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm during peak period.
• Keen attention to details
• Have the stamina to take long hours on your feet and the ability to multitask.
• In-depth knowledge of the use of recipe book, sanitation principles, food preparation and nutrition
• Passion and pride for delighting people with food.
