Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Ago Iwoye, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance staff to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the arena's facilities.
• Oversee maintenance schedules, assign tasks, and ensure efficient completion of work orders.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
• Manage the maintenance budget, track expenses, and seek cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure events and activities are supported with necessary setups and arrangements.
• Train and develop maintenance team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment, and inventory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HND in any related course.
• Previous experience in hospitality maintenance, major office facility management, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility maintenance.
• Solid understanding of maintenance tools, equipment, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills to manage tasks, schedules, and resources efficiently.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies with composure.
• Proficiency in using computer software for record keeping and communication.
