We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's progress and success.
• Cultivate a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and cross-functional cooperation.
• Define and track relevant metrics to measure team performance and success.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts within the Customer Success Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and guide teams toward success. -
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience in Customer Success or related roles is a plus.
