Core Functions

• He or she will be responsible for providing guidance and support to employers and employees on HR-related issues such as recruitment, Onboarding, performance evaluation, retention, and policy formulation among many others.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess minimum of an HND / B.Sc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.
• Experience in consulting is an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to details.
