Position Overview

  • As a Sales Advisor in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.
  • You will be responsible for promoting and selling our Visa services to potential clients in collaboration with our partner institutions.
  • Your ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions will be instrumental in achieving both personal and company-wide sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Generate leads and close in prospects.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through various communication channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence.
  • Present and explain our services to clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
  • Develop customized solutions based on client needs and align them with our Visa offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrating a clear understanding of how our services can address specific client challenges.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery processes for new clients.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, Visa regulations, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM systems or other designated tools.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to enhance our service offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or related field
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the financial services, fintech, Visa, travel and tourism services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of Visa regulations, payment systems, or financial services is a plus.
  • Female preferred for gender balance
