Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Secretary to join our dynamic team. As an Office Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to various departments within our organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform general secretarial duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain and update office records, including employee records, inventory, and office supplies.
  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Manage office expenses and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Office Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficient in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
