Background

  • Logistics is the management of the flow of things between the point of origin and the point of consumption to meet requirements of customers.
  • In business, logistics may have either an internal focus (inbound logistics) or an external focus (Outbound logistics), covering the flow and storage of materials from point of origin to point of consumption.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring deliveries are scheduled to leave timely based on agreed SLAs.
  • Supervising a team of delivery associates and delegating duties to team members as required.
  • Scheduling and dispatching drivers, equipment, and service vehicles to appropriate locations.
  • Supervising the completion of all checks and documentation required by law.
  • Management of Customer complaint and resolution
  • SLA Compliance and checks
  • Training of third-party partners on SOPs.
  • Developed growth initiatives which increased revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identifying better process to achieve set goals towards customer satisfaction.
  • Accurate evaluation of sales, operational team performance and driving performance improvement.

Objective

  • Addressing potential problems and suggesting prompt solutions.
  • Preparation of reports that outlined sales progress.
  • Delivery Run creation and Proper consolidation (Forward flow & gt; &get; customers)
  • Ensuring network App compliance, Dispatch DAs early
  • Ensure Daily Cycle count and 5s Reporting is reported
  • Assign all retrievals (REVERSE Pick up) and Clear all Zero attempt
  • Queues monitoring (NETWORK DAPP, DA CHECKLIST, REVERSE WRONG ZONE AND AGED PKGS, ISSUE RESOLUTION)
  • Reconciling of DAs/DAPP Compliance
  • Ensure all Delivery Run sheets are closed Daily
  • Preparing reversed packages to WH / Dispatching reverse packages (Network & After-sales)
  • Make sure SR is within the stated company expectation 85%
  • Escalating DAs issues Promptly to DXP community team
  • Audit calls (Ensure Hub reps verify all RS/CA reason before confirmation)
  • Ensure FDR tracker and all Performance trackers should be updated before COB
  • Attendance of Daily HIC meeting with valid feedbacks on Route cause And Action plan.
