Job Title: Head, Finance Advisory

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Duties

• Provide Support to the Executive Management in deal identification and origination
• Actively identify and follow up on emerging market opportunities
• Ensure that a structure/database for achieving the required Analytical/applied research input in the company’s corporate finance activities is achieved
• Responsible for driving the process of developing capital raising windows both locally and off-shore in line with the requirements of our target market
• Supervise the preparation of status reports on a periodic basis
• Development and maintenance of Operational Plan/Budget for IBD for each Financial Year
• Drive the implementation of the strategic plan and prepare periodic situation reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Develop platforms that would facilitate capital raising activities both locally and off-shore based on target market definition
• Provide required input in other areas of the business such as providing administrative support to Executive Management
• Develop an operating manual to guide company advisory and capital raising activities
• Provide effective leadership of the division and coaching of direct reports
• Perform any other responsibility as assigned by CEO.

Job Requirements

• First Degree in any Business-related course
• MBA or relevant MSc will be an added advantage
• Relevant professional qualification
• 8 - 12 years finance experience, 5 of which must have been spent in a Management position in an investment banking firm.
