Job Title: Relationship Manager

Job responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Meet and exceed monthly transaction targets.
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with other teams as regards customer issues resolution
• Participate in market storms within your territory.
• Send weekly sales reports to your supervisor.
• Retrieve and remap dormant terminals.
• Train customers on how to use the Visum business solution.

Job specifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in selling POS solutions in a bank or a fin-tech.
• Ability to acquire new accounts and manage existing accounts simultaneously.
• Experience in driving POS account opening and transaction targets.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving sales target.
• Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
• Good-looking, smart, and sociable.
