Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
- Daily inspect the offices, toilets and all common areas and revert with report of any observed deficiencies for prompt fixing.
- Monitor and keep record of all first aid boxes to ensure that they are well stocked.
- Control activities like parking space allocation, water consumption, building security etc.
- Allocate office space according to needs
- Ensures that buildings and grounds are clean.
- Manage Janitorial Staff.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
